I don’t know if you knew this or not, but I was fondly nicknamed The Cookin Momma by my sweet friend Christa. As a matter of fact, I had a website for about a year with that exact name. Since I’ve been posting recipes, I thought to put them in categories so that it will be easier for you to find one based on your dietary needs.
Just remember, my recipes are guidelines. Feel free to adjust any ingredients you like. For instance, where I have a dairy free recipe, you can use real butter, milk or cream. I have an intolerance to dairy, eggs and pork, so I adjust accordingly. For the gluten free recipes, if you don’t have a gluten intolerance use regular flour or white pasta, I just try to make things as healthy as possible. If you get multiple books, you’ll see many of the recipes overlap, it’s because they fit in multiple categories. Enjoy!
