Do you ever want pizza, but don’t want to make your own dough or run out and buy some? Now you can make a fresh, quick pizza in under 40 minutes, and that includes prep time. That’s right! This recipe is so quick and easy and as long as you keep a jar of sauce and some of your favorite toppings on hand, you can make this anytime. It’s great as an appetizer or meal. It’s light and fluffy – unless you use gluten free flour, like I do, then it’s dense. But it still tastes yummy. Enjoy!
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- dash salt
- 1 tsp melted butter
- favorite toppings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients (except toppings) together until there are no lumps
Pour batter into 9×9 greased baking dish
Add your toppings in this order: sauce, cheese and then the ones that cook really fast – leaving the heavier ones that need more cooking for last. Put the toppings right on top/into batter (it will sink, don’t worry it all comes out nice)
Bake 350 for about 1/2 hour or until cooked thru.
Here’s what it looks like before baking. You can see how the ingredients sink in a little. If you’re using regular white flour or bread flour, it’ll really fluff up. Let me know what you think!
