I think people are so strapped for time that trainers are coming out with shorter and shorter, really effective workouts. Plus, once you are working out a habit, you’ll crave it more.
You’ve said you don’t have time for working out, don’t like working out, well I listened. I found an app (Yes, there’s an app for that). That is on your Phone – which goes with you everywhere. It’s FREE, the workout is SEVEN minutes and it is gonna kick your butt.
You owe it to yourself to do this. I found this for you. And you’re going to do this and thank me later.
